This policy explains what personal data KitchenWebStudio ("we", "us") collects through kitchenwebstudio.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of this website and to clients who buy a website plan from us.

Who we are

KitchenWebStudio builds and manages websites for ghost kitchens, commissary kitchens, catering kitchens and multi-brand operators. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@kitchenwebstudio.com.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to answer you, run your site and bill you.

  • Contact details you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write in a form, an email or on a demo call.
  • Client account details: the information needed to build and manage your site, such as your services, locations, team members, opening hours and brand assets, plus billing details handled by our payment processor.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring page, collected through server logs and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics.
  • Communications: emails, messages and call notes between you and us.

How we use it

  • To reply to inquiries and schedule demos.
  • To build, host, update and support the website you have bought from us.
  • To invoice you and collect payment.
  • To send service messages about your plan, your site or changes to these terms.
  • To keep this website secure and understand which pages are useful.
  • To send occasional updates about our services, only where you have agreed and always with a way to opt out.

Our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the service, each bound by their own terms: hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), email and scheduling tools, our payment processor, analytics providers where enabled, and professional advisers where required by law. If you ask us to connect your site to a CRM or another tool, form submissions from your site go to that tool under its terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Our cookie policy lists them and explains how to control them. Where an embedded booking calendar, chat widget or form is loaded from a third-party service, that service may set its own cookies under its own policy.

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Client data is kept for the life of the plan and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require, normally seven years for billing records. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@kitchenwebstudio.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with providers that maintain their own security programs. Access inside KitchenWebStudio is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Material changes affecting clients are also sent by email.

Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: hello@kitchenwebstudio.com.

On the rail

  • “Every brand we run finally has its own page instead of getting buried on one shared profile. Customers find the concept they actually searched for, and our delivery links stay current without me touching a website builder between shifts.”

    Owner, three-brand ghost kitchen
    Consolidated several marketplace-only listings

  • “The available-stations page does the selling for us now. A tenant sees what is open, requests a tour, and it lands on my calendar before I even see the message come in.”

    General manager, shared-use commissary facility
Moved off a static one-page site

  • “Our quote request form asks for the event date and guest count up front, so by the time I call someone back I already know if we can take the job. That alone cut out a lot of back and forth.”

    Owner, event catering kitchen
    Replaced a generic contact form

Illustrative examples of the outcomes clients report. Verified reviews are added after launch.
